Rob Buzza, the lead pastor of NorthRidge, loves church and that’s why he’s been in church leadership for over 35 years. He started out as a youth pastor and then an associate pastor of Life Centre Foursquare Church in Coquitlam. During that time he earned his BTh. from LIFE Bible College of Canada and his MMin. from Trinity Western Seminary.  Since 1986, Rob has served as president of his alma mater, now called Pacific Life Bible College, where he will continue to work while he pastors NorthRidge. Rob’s greatest joy is his wife of 34 years, Janet, their daughter Carissa and son Greg. His family (and joy) expanded when Carissa married Matt Kennedy and brought Kaitlyn Joy into their lives. Beware of granddaughter stories! When Rob’s not working, he likes building and renovating houses, playing tennis, and watching a little reality TV – sorry ‘bout that! About the only thing Rob doesn’t like is coffee, so watch him find creative substitutes during coffee time at NorthRidge!

David is a teacher by trade and a teacher at heart. For the last 14 years, David has been involved as an educator in the Lower Mainland. He has taught Sunday School and played the drums at Northside Foursquare for many years. His favourite memories of teaching Sunday School were with his brother-in-law, Ryan in the high school class. David loves to brag about his smokin'-hot wife and three amazing kids. David Jr, Connor and Emily bring so much life into the Buzza house. David loves to watch or play just about any sport on the planet. He's starting to feel his age, though and rarely makes it through a complete season without injury. Fortunately, he can start to live vicariously through his children and their sports, now.
